Online Training Plans

Coach Erik will work with you to create a customizable and individualized training plan tailored specifically to your goals. You will gain access to research-based strength and mobility routines along with innovative physical therapy exercises to help get you to the starting line healthy and ready to race. Training plans are for everyone and I will work with you to provide consistent feedback and communication throughout the entire process.

Private Training Sessions

Work 1-on-1 with Coach Erik at an in-person coaching session to improve strength, fitness and mobility. Get live feedback on your running form and valuable in-person instruction from a USTFCCCA Strength & Conditioning certified coach. Individual sessions are unique and can be tailored upon request.

High School Recruiting Consultation

Are you a high school cross country or track & field athlete who wants to compete at the next level? Coach Erik can help you navigate recruiting calls, email college coaches, and help leverage your skills to get the most out of this process. Get professional advice from a former NCAA coach and learn how to put your best foot forward!
